Prof. Dr. Phil. CHEN, Hwei-Pang

Prof Chen is the Dean of Education
Faculty, National Hsinchu University of Education. Before
he was nominated as the Dean of Education Faculty, he has
been the chancellor and academic dean of the university and
has led the Institute of Taiwanese Language, Institute of
Education, Institute of e-Learning Technology and Department
of Education.
Prof Chen has his academic interest and achievements in the
field of vocational education and training as well as educational
action research. He is now leading two projects funded by
the Ministry of Education and National Science Council to
promote international partnership and the use of ICT in Education.
Besides, he is also active on counseling work focused on the
human resource management, training evaluation and development
of high-tech manpower for industries and government.
